OPIS
Grijaći dio je korištenje električnih grijaćih cijevi za zagrijavanje cirkulirajuće tekućine. A preko ugrađene cirkulacijske pumpe i vanjskog cirkulacijskog cjevovoda, rashladno sredstvo ili toplinski medij transportira se do međusloja prateće opreme, koja neizravno hladi i zagrijava materijale u reaktoru.
Tijekom vanjske cirkulacije, spojite gornju izlaznu cijev proizvoda na donju ulaznu cijev kućišta kuhala za vodu, a cirkulirajuća tekućina će se vratiti u donji povratni otvor proizvoda kroz cijev iz gornjeg cirkulacionog otvora kako bi se formirao potpuni prostor za cirkulaciju .
OSOBINE
1. Točnost temperature općenito je ±1°C, a može se spojiti vanjski senzor (točnost temperaturne razlike općenito je ±0,5°C).
2. Ograničenje maksimalne temperature kako bi se spriječilo da oprema izgubi kontrolu [Ako je maksimalna temperatura opreme prekoračena, oprema će se automatski isključiti.
3. Ima zaštitu od napajanja.
4. Zaštita kompresora od pregrijavanja, kompresor će prestati raditi kada se dosegne granica otpornosti kompresora.
5. Vodeno hlađenje ima zaštitu od protoka vode i niskog pritiska vode.
6. Svi kompresori su uvezeni (Francuska, Danska).
