Recirculerende Chiller Heater inclusief: koelfunctie, verwarmingsfunctie circulatiesysteem. Het is samengesteld uit een koeleenheid, een verwarmingseenheid, een circulatiesysteem en een regelsysteem. Het koelgedeelte wordt mechanisch gekoeld door een volledig gesloten compressor, bestaande uit platenwarmtewisselaars, expansiekleppen en drukbeschermers om aan de koelvereisten te voldoen.

BESCHRIJVING

Verwarmingsgedeelte is het gebruik van elektrische verwarmingsbuizen om de circulerende vloeistof te verwarmen. En via de ingebouwde circulatiepomp en de externe circulatieleiding wordt het koelmiddel of warmtemedium naar de tussenlaag van de ondersteunende apparatuur getransporteerd, die de materialen in de reactor indirect koelt en verwarmt.

Sluit tijdens externe circulatie de bovenste uitlaatpijp van het product aan op de onderste inlaatpijp van het ketellichaam en de circulerende vloeistof zal via de pijp van de bovenste circulatiepoort terugkeren naar de onderste retourpoort van het product om een volledige circulatieruimte te vormen .

FUNCTIES

1. De temperatuurnauwkeurigheid is over het algemeen ± 1 °C en er kan een externe sensor worden aangesloten (de nauwkeurigheid van het temperatuurverschil is over het algemeen ± 0,5 °C).

2. De maximale temperatuurlimiet om te voorkomen dat de apparatuur de controle verliest [Als de maximale temperatuur van de apparatuur wordt overschreden, wordt de apparatuur automatisch uitgeschakeld.

3.Heeft voeding bescherming.

4. Beveiliging tegen oververhitting van de compressor, de compressor stopt met werken wanneer de weerstandslimiet van de compressor is bereikt.

5. Waterkoeling heeft waterstroom en bescherming tegen lage waterdruk.

6. Alle compressoren zijn geïmporteerde compressoren (Frankrijk, Denemarken).
