OPIS

Reakcijske posude s omotačem koriste se za sintetsku reakciju različitih vrsta materijala u kontroliranoj temperaturi i vakuumskom okruženju. Reakcijske posude mogu se koristiti kao sve u jednom alatu za ekstrakciju, pročišćavanje, destilaciju i hemoginizaciju. Sastoji se od unutarnje posude s jednim ili dva omotača, reaktor koristi temperaturne razlike koje stvara hladnjak kako bi promijenio svoje unutarnje okruženje. Reakcijske posude također rade pod vakuumom što ih čini idealnim za sve atmosferski osjetljive primjene. Mogu se izraditi od stakla, a zapremine su od 1L do 200L.
OSOBINE

1. Cijeli set staklenog posuđa s GG3.3 borosilikatnim staklom koje je otporno na toplinu/hladnoću/koroziju.

2. Širok raspon temperaturnih operacija, od -60°C do 250°C.

3. PTFE brtva otporna na otapala osigurava dugotrajnost i rad, brtvljenje je -0,098Mpa.

4. Temperatura PT100 je zaslon s tekućim kristalima. Točnije mjerenje temperature i praktičnije.

5. Upravljanje frekvencijom, AC indukcijski motor. Konstantna brzina, bez četkica, bez iskrenja, sigurnost i stabilnost, te kontinuirani rad.

6. Nosivi okvir od nehrđajućeg čelika za teške uvjete rada s kotačićima koji se mogu zaključati za mobilnost i stabilnost. (cijela potpora i staklena posuda isporučuju se unaprijed sastavljeni)

7. Robusna PTFE mješalica ojačana nehrđajućim čelikom s usidrenom mješalicom, prikladna za širok raspon viskoznih materijala. višeslojne oštrice za miješanje nisu obavezne.

8. Ispusni otvor donje prirubnice s teflonskom vrijednošću, prirubnica s aluminijskim dijelovima fiksirana.
