BESCHREIBUNG

Rotationsverdampfer ist die Verwendung einer rotierenden Glasflasche mit stufenloser Geschwindigkeitsregelung und konstanter Geschwindigkeit, das Material in der Flaschenwand bildet einen großflächigen, gleichmäßigen Film und dann durch das intelligente Wasserbad mit konstanter Temperatur auf der rotierenden Flasche mit gleichmäßiger Erwärmung, Vakuumbedingungen, Hochgeschwindigkeitsverdampfung, Effiziente Glaskondensatorkühlung, Rückgewinnung in der Auffangflasche.

MERKMALE

1. Verwenden Sie eine Dichtungsabdeckung aus PTFE + Fluorkautschuk, um einen hohen Vakuumgrad aufrechtzuerhalten. Gas-Flüssigkeits-Trennung, kein Rückfluss .

2. VERWENDET den effizienten Haupt- und Sekundärkondensator, um eine hohe Rückgewinnungsrate zu gewährleisten.

3. Rotierende Flasche mit Mutteranschluss, einfach zu laden und zu entladen.

4. Unter der Mündung der Sammelflasche befindet sich ein Hahnventil, das recycelte Lösungsmittel ist sehr schnell.

5. Kontinuierliche Fütterung.

6. Vakuummeter soll sicherstellen, dass der beste Arbeitsvakuumgrad für Materialien mit niedrigem Siedepunkt eingestellt werden kann.

7. Wasserbad mit digitaler und kontinuierlicher Temperaturregelung.

8. Angemessene Struktur, spezielle Materialien. Die mechanische Struktur besteht hauptsächlich aus Teilen aus Edelstahl und Aluminiumlegierungen, Glasstücke bestehen alle aus hochtemperaturbeständigem und hochborhaltigem Glas.
