Working Principle:

This machine has an electric constant speed stirring system, condensation, and dripping system. The interlayer of the kettle body needs to be connected to an external heating or cooling circulation device. While stirring the material, a circulating hot solution or coolant is injected through the interlayer to heat or cool the material in the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material is heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensation coil (a cooling device needs to be connected). It can flow back into the kettle or be recovered through the lower valve of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the kettle.

This series of products uses a system device that requires a vacuum device, a high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device, etc.

Basic configuration:

• The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react chemically with the material, and are convenient and safe to use.

• The frame-type main body is made of aluminum alloy + stainless steel, which is efficient, stable, beautiful and durable.

• Glass + polytetrafluoroethylene discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge, and very fast solution recovery.

• Low-speed booster motor, variable frequency speed regulation, through the knob fine adjustment, the dual-display speed control box can digitally display the speed and the temperature of the material in the kettle, stable performance, clear display of control and data plane, simple and easy to operate.

• The stirring system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the stirring rod from wearing and falling off, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and good sealing effect.

• Adopt PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel material, outer transparent polytetrafluoroethylene tube, double corrosion protection.

• The vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum and pointer display.

• Crescent-shaped + three-impeller double-layer stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + polytetrafluoroethylene stirring blade; the stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel, wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene tube, with high strength and strong corrosion resistance.

• The bottom of the machine is equipped with a universal wheel with a brake, which can be moved as a whole and is easy to operate.

• Fuse safety protection ensures safe operation of the circuit.
